About Me

Hello. I am a fitness, wellness, and networking enthusiast. I run Aerobic and Bootcamp Fitness classes and currently serve in the Army Reserve as a Drill Instructor.

Over the past 7 years I've put this fitness hobby into action through AFAA certification, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, and Strength Training classes across Boston area via local colleges, gyms, and the YMCA.  And have since given a stronger focus towards personal training as well.  Currently, I offer Bootcamp trainings in the Boston area (JP).

By establishing this blog I hope to create conversations and at times, present information on fitness and wellness for all those interested in a healthier lifestyle.  So take this as your invitation to post your comments on all things seen and heard in the world of the well fit.
